How to make a request
Email privacy@dealbeamai.com with your workspace domain, account email, request type, and enough detail for us to find the relevant records. We may ask for additional information to verify identity before acting on a request.

Data protection rights
People in the EU, EEA, UK, and other regions with similar laws can ask Dealbeam to explain, access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data where those rights apply.
Self-service export
Signed-in users can download a JSON export of account, workspace, settings, integration, key-state, CRM schema summary, and recent audit metadata. The export does not include encrypted secrets or raw email bodies.

Rights covered
- Access a copy of personal data Dealbeam holds about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete account and workspace data.
- Delete data when it is no longer needed or must be erased under applicable law.
- Restrict or object to processing where the law gives that right.
- Receive portable data where portability applies.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Response timing
We aim to respond without undue delay and within one month where GDPR timing applies. Complex requests or multiple requests may take longer where the law allows.
Workspace data
Some data belongs to an organization workspace rather than a single user. When a request affects workspace records, CRM integrations, audit logs, or another person's data, Dealbeam may coordinate with the workspace admin or limit the request as required by law, security, or contractual duties.
